Membrane Systems focuses on technical development
of separation membrane modules for various water
treatment processes and manufacture and distribution
of water treatment systems and diffusers for a
range of industrial applications.
The company’s mission includes development activities
fixing our eyes on future possibilities in the
water treatment area, ranging from systems required
for dialysis and other medical service to sewage
recycling plants and membrane filtration purifiers. |

Again
our Sakai Plant has acquired the ISO 9001 certification
for its Quality Management System through Japan
Quality Assurance Organization (JQA-QM1577).
All our products are manufactured under a stringent
quality control system to assure constant delivery
of high quality products to customers. |

All
our R&D activities are conducted at Daicen
Technical Center composed of two groups: Technical
and Marketing. The Technical Group focuses on
extensive research activities covering from fundamental
researches on modules to technical supports in
work-site operation fields and new development
areas, while the Marketing Group is dedicated
to search for new fields that will need water
treatment process and conduct related R&D
activities for materialization. With two key words
--“reduction in environmental load” and “cost
curtailment”-- in mind, our researchers are making
day-by-day efforts to propose customers innovative
water treatment processes using separation membrane
systems.
Our recent innovations include the successful
development of a system for removal and concentration
of dioxin, a well-known toxic compound, achieved
by our advanced technology of coagulation and
separation, which is being acclaimed by many customers.
