When
units of this diffuser are distributed uniformly all
over the bottom panel of an aeration tank, the level
of oxygen absorbed into the tank is dramatically improved
compared with existing circular stream type diffusers,
thus greatly reducing power consumption.
The Model CAP-35, Sirius, is an energy-efficient full
aeration system that meets the requirements of activated
sludge processes, which encourage nitrification for
the purpose of denitration and dephosphorization.
